
Court Finds US Ex President Donald Trump Guilty Of Sexual Abuse
Former United States of America, USA President, Donald Trump has been found guilty of sexually harassing a woman.
Donald Trump was guilty by a Jury on Tuesday.
The Jury ordered the former President, Donald Trump to pay $5 million in damages after finding him liable of battery and defamation in a civil lawsuit brought by longtime magazine columnist E. Jean Carroll.
Carroll had accused Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her in a dressing room at a luxury store in New York in the 1990s.
She said Donald Trump defamed her after the former President called her a liar when she later went public with the allegations.
Few minutes ago, a video posted online shows Carroll smiling as she left the courthouse Tuesday after the jury’s verdict.
It was gathered Jean Carroll did not speak with reporters.
Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump described the court verdict issued as “A DISGRACE,” adding that it’s “ A continuation of the greatest witch hunt of all time”.
Trump who continuously denied having sexually assaulted Carroll, said via his social media post that, “I have absolutely no idea who this woman is”.
A photograph that was submitted as part of the court filings showed Carroll and Trump together at an NBC party in the 1980s.
The Jury however rejected the Jean Carroll’s claims of being raped by Donald Trump but found the former President liable for sexually abusing her in 1996.
