Autopsy on the body of the student of Dowen College in Lagos, Sylvester Oromoni who was allegedly gang beaten by co students inside the school hostel has affirmed that the deceased student died of injury and poison after attack.
The autopsy conducted by Doctor Clement Vhriterhire, the Consultant Pathologist, Central Hospital in Warri, Delta State as received by Charles Amiolemen on December 24th, 2021 at the Warri Area Command Office of the Nigeria Police Force in its medical terminology indicated that Sylvester Oromoni died of acute lung injury due to chemical intoxication in a background of blunt force trauma.
Medical and general dictionaries agree the acute lung injury is a life threatening lung injury that makes breathing difficult and denies oxygen access into the body, chemical intoxication means poison with symptoms of severe throat pain, trouble breathing, burns on lips or mouth, abnormal sleepiness, vomiting, odd odor on breath, and blunt force trauma is an attack to a body part due to assaults, direct blows, road traffic collisions, injuries during spots and in particular; when an elderly falls.
The Pathologist said 20 millimeters of very dark chocolate coloured material admixed with mucus was found in Sylvester Oromoni stomach.

The dark substance he said was not as a result of food particles or medications.
The liquid substance or the chemical poison used in assisting in the killing of Sylvester Oromoni is yet to be stated by the Pathologist.
