[Video] Niger Delta Militants To Begin Hostilities…Says, Soldiers Only Raping, Killing Innocent People #OsazuwaAkonedo

A new set of Niger Delta Militants has threatened to begin hostilities if the amnesty programme granted years ago by the Federal Government is not implemented.

The Niger Delta Militants in a video made available this morning said the only development since 2011 in the region is military gun boats.

According to the group, the military personnel is known for raping of Niger Delta women and killing of innocent people in the region.

Spokesman for the group while reading the militants demands, said Federal government gave licenses to local mining of gold in North and continued to take full control of crude oil production in the Niger Delta to the economic disadvantage of the people.

The group fully masked in the video said Federal government has failed in the implementation of the amnesty programme, adding, there is no access road, school, hospital, electricity and portable water for the people.
