General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries and the Chief Executive Officer, Hossana Oil and Gas, Apostle Johnson Suleman on Monday called on the general public to try to always appreciate people who gossip about them.
Apostle Johnson Suleman made the statement after weekend attacks against him by leading Nigerian musicians, Innocent Ujah Idibia(2Face Idibia), Inetimi Timaya Odon (Timaya) and Pastor Abel Damina of Abel Damina Ministries and Power City International over ‘speaking in tongues money printing machine’ statement.
2Face Idibia in a video message on Saturday said Apostle Johnson Suleman should not come to him with his religious arrogance, adding that everyone will find their way to heaven.
2Face Idibia also said the church congregation is the printing machine that is printing the apostle’s money.
Timaya also on Friday took to his twitter handle and said how can a pastor have jets and the church is looking off standard.
“Something is not right. Who’s lying”, Timaya added.
Pastor Abel on his part in a video posted on YouTube on Sunday said God is not a staff of Central Bank and God does not print money.
Insisting that, Nigeria have a regulated body which is Central Bank of Nigeria that prints money.
Pastor Abel also said there is no verse in the Bible where God said pastors should raise millionaires, adding that the work of pastors is to raise believers and not millionaires.
Pastor Abel whose net worth is reportedly more than N200, 000,000 (two hundred million naira) emphasized that such prosperity preaching by pastors encourages people to become greedy and thus stealing from their offices.
According to Apostle Suleman, it is not easy for people to leave their problems and be labouring themselves with the problems of others.
“Try and appreciate people who gossip about you. Its (It’s) not easy for people to leave their problems and carry yours on their head”, said Apostle Suleman.
It would be recalled Apostle Johnson Suleman in a video that went viral recently said people rumoured that he has machine that prints money for him, adding that he replied them by saying; “When you speak in tongues, you are printing money”.
OsazuwaAkonedo reports that in the book of Genesis, according to the Holy Bible, God created every thing including man by speaking.
