Cryptocurrencies Ban: I Make 800k A Month, Crypto Till I Die___Lawmaker

A councillor representing ward 7 in Egor local government area of Edo State, Derick Uhunmwangho has described as efforts in futility the closure of Nigerian bank accounts of crypto-naira exchangers, Patricia, Binnace and luno by the Federal government.

The councillor who is also an expert in accountancy while reacting to crypto critics on his Facebook page, said in just a month he invested in the cryptocurrency market, he made 800 thousand naira profit.

Conversations between the critic and the lawmaker goes thus: “Henry Agbidion: This is the end result when we elect this dump-heads as leaders”

Derick Uhunmwogho added that he regretted voting for Muhammadu Buhari but still appreciate the call to serve his people as councillor.

OsazuwaAkonedo reports that Derick Uhunmwagho is one of the councillors in Nigeria often seen given out economic empowerment and financial supports to his constituents almost every quarter as if he has the finance like his counterparts in the senate.

An observant, Jude Lomax Odiase who obviously could no longer hide his feelings about the selfless service of Honourable Derick Uhunmwogho took to his face book page on January 24, 2021 and describe the lawmaker thus: “A LIFE OF A TRUE LEADER WHO IS REALLY REPRESENTING HIS PEOPLE IN WARD 7 EGOR LGA.

“Few months ago I made a post regarding a certain young man who is really a true Democrat and representing His people in Egor
LGA, Legislative Chamber.

“He is no other person than Hon. Uhunmwagho Derick.

“There is one thing l admire in him is the way he empowers his people.

“I first met this young leader in Auchi
Polytechnic, we chatted and we became friend.

“We were in the same class. We are not that very close as pal, but we exchange pleasantries from far knowing fully well we came from the same State.

“Another thing he does again is the safety of life and prosperity of the students, protecting them from being harmed during and after exams.

“Alot of us were thinking he is trying to aspire for a political office in the institution. One of my friend said Mr. Jude this your brother Derrick him dey contest for SUG? I replied him
said no na him nature to touch lives.

“After graduating I later saw him again in Ward 7 in Egor LGA doing same humanitarian and empowerment without being in position in Government.

“They said in one of the adage ” na who him hand clean, na him dey follow elders eat food for the same plate”.

Before you know it he was call to serve under former Governor of Edo state Comr. Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, as the Executive Director.

“Few days ago this same lawmaker also empowers alot of persons who are in various fields and alots of things were given out to them and they includes industrial sewing machine, Computer system, printers, Agro equipment and alots of women benefited from the cash prize to start
their businesses ranging from 100k, 50k and SO on.

“Now my question is it not the same legislative chamber other councillors are with him? Same goes to the House of Assembly members too and House of Representatives and the Senate.

“Am not trying to hype him but he is a true Leader. May God Almight Bless you Sir.
