Nigeria, A Country Where Protest Is Terrorism, Terrorism Is Heroism
Justice Ahmed Mohammed of Federal High Court, Abuja has ordered the Central Bank of Nigeria to unfreeze the bank accounts of 20 Nigerians who receive donations and did transactions with #Endsars narration.

Justice Ahmed gave the order today after the expiration of the 90 days ex-parte motion approval granted the apex bank to freeze the accounts of the Endsars protesters.
CBN on October 20, 2020 filled an ex-parte court application seeking court approval to freeze the accounts of 20 Nigerian bank customers for 180 days to enable it investigate the accounts which reason or reasons were not specified in the court documents.
Justice Ahmed in the first week of November, 2020 granted CBN 90 days out of the 180 days requested.

The Judge while approving the ex-parte court application fails to state the reason why the CBN should freeze the accounts or state the reason necessitating the CBN investigation.
Victims of the CBN and Justice Ahmed Mohammed court decision; Bolatito Rachael Oduala, Chima David Ibebunjoh, Mary Doose Kpengwa, Gatefield Nigeria Limited, Saadat Temitope Bibi, Bassey Victor Israel,
Wisdom Busaosowo Obi, Nicholas Ikhalea Osazele, Ebere Idibie, Akintomide Lanre Yusuf, Uhuo Ezenwanyi Promise, Mosopefoluwa Odeseye, Adegoke Pamilerin Emmanuel, Umoh Grace Ekanem, Babatunde Victor Segun, Mulu Louis Teghenan, Mary Oshifowora, Winifred Akpevweoghene Jacob, Victor Solomon and Idunu A.Williams have their business capital tie down since October, 2020 for a reason up till now the court or CBN fails to officially state.
The victims of what look like government oppressive action, said during the court trial, they were accused of terrorism and money laundry because they receive funds and did transactions with #endsars narration within the period of the Endsars protest.

One of the victims, Bassey Victor Israel said as a pharmacist, he voluntarily take charge of the medical team that look after the Endsars protesters in Port Harcourt to ensure no life was lost on medical grounds during the protest.
He said many concerned Nigerians decided to support the medical team
and made donations into his bank account with the narration ‘ENDSARS’
since the Endsars protest was the reason for the donation.
It would be recalled the Endsars protests erupted in the whole after a
video showing some policemen attached to the Special Anti Robbery Squad allegedly causing the death of a man in Delta state.
The motion picture sparked reactions from Nigerian youths and for
days, the youths blocked major high ways demanding for the disbandment
of the police anti robbery squad due to previous cases of extra judicial
killings, abuse of power and robberies by the force.
The continued protests forced many of the state governors to impose curfew to suppress the mass revolting protest.
Protesters in Edo state went further to press home their demand and
thus break into the two major prisons in Benin City, free more than 6000 inmates and set ablaze some police stations.
Day after, Lagos state protesters defied the government curfew order
and men of the Nigerian Army open fire, killing and injuring many of the
protesters at Lekki tollgate.
The action of the Nigerian Army believed to be triggered by the
immediate past Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai escalated the protests
which a day thereafter, many of the Nigerian youths in Lagos, Anambra,
Rivers and many other states took to the streets killing more than 20 policemen and some soldiers, destroying government properties and broke into more prisons and set inmates free.
The judgement after the seemingly undue punishment of the Endsars
protesters is coming on a day another human right protester, Sunday
Ademoye publicly known as Sunday Igboho raised alarm that all his bank
accounts have been frozen.

Sunday Ighoho has been in the news since January, 2021 for issuing quit notice and chasing away Fulani herdsmen in some villages in Oyo and Ogun states over incessant killings, raping and kidnapping of residents by suspected Fulani herdsmen.
“They have frozen my bank accounts because I’m fighting a just cause. I know Yoruba people are behind me.
“I will not relent. I must achieve my aims by putting an end to criminalities in Yorubaland.
“If they refuse to release my accounts, there will be serious protests across the South-West.
“The Yoruba are living in fear. They are afraid that the killer-herdsmen might attack them,” he said.
Protesters aside, some of the Fulani armed gang terrorizing and launching mass destruction of lives and properties in communities in Nigeria were given state pardon or amnesty by Zamfara State Governor, Bello Matawalle during the week.
The amnesty or state pardon is more questionable by most Nigerians on
the fact that one of the beneficiaries of the state action is a notorious gang leader, Auwalun Daudawa that kidnapped over 344 Science school students in Kankara, Katsina state in December, 2020, less than two months ago.

Auwalun Daudawa who was seen being praised as an hero kidnapped the Kankara science students immediately President Muhammadu Buhari arrived his home town, Katsina state for a visit.
Several information indicated that the government gave huge amount of money as ransom to the pardoned terrorist leader and his gang before
they eventually released the science students.
But Governor Bello Matawalle insisted that Miyetti Allah Cattle
Breeders Association of Nigeria entered discussion with the students kidnappers and the terrorists released the boys on the instance of the Miyetti Allah without the payment of any ransom.
Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue state recently said Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association is a terrorist group, accusing President Muhammadu Buhari of romancing with terrorists under the guise of association.
Many are still asking why CBN is not freezing the terrorists accounts and why is the apex bank always blackmailing protesters as terrorists
when the real terrorists are openly being celebrated with cash gifts.
Nigeria government last year granted amnesty to over 600 Boko Haram terrorists who destroyed lives the same year the government tagged protesters as terrorists, killing many, freezing some bank accounts and many are still languishing in detention for demanding for their rights.
Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed has been labouring since yesterday trying to justify the amnesty granted to the terrorists while at the same time fail to Justify why Muhammadu Buhari government is punishing and criminalizing protesters who stood up to defend themselves against terrorists attack.
