
No Cow Is Allowed On The Streets, Forests Of Igboland After February 13th, ESN Warns Herders, Circulates Posters
Cattlemen have been warned not to allow their cows to be moving in the forests and streets of Eastern Nigeria effect from February 13, 2021.
The warning was contained in a poster circulated with the Eastern Security Network inscribed on it as the author.
Residents trooped out and gathered at the early hour today to read the circular that was written also in Hausa and Arabic languages.
One of the posters pasted at the Ecobank building along Bank road in Ihiala, Anambra state reads thus:”WARNING! WARNING!! WARNING!!! OPEN GRAZING IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. IT IS PROHIBITED UNDER ANTI-GRAZING

“AFTER 13TH FEBRUARY 2021 THERE WILL BE NO COWS ROOMING THE STREETS AND FORESTS IN EASTERN REGION”

It would be recalled the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu called on all Fulani herdsmen to leave the forests and rent accommodation in the residential area of Igboland as away to checkmate the incessant killing, raping and kidnapping by suspected Fulani herdsmen in the Eastern Nigeria.
