
Nigerian Army Discovers Bomb Factory In Sambisa Forest
In continuation of the clearance operations, men of the Nigerian Army have discovered Boko Haram bomb factory around Ukuba and Camp Zairo areas in Sambisa Forest, Borno State.
Information from the Nigerian Army Public Relations unit on Saturday indicated that batteries, and other elements for making IEDs, were discovered in an environment that looked deserted.
The environment also looked bombed or attacked with missiles.
“FURTHER UPDATE: In continuation with the ongoing clearance operations, Gallant troops of Operation Desert Sanity today conducted further exploitation around Ukuba/Camp Zairo in Sambisa Forest and discovered IED making workshops of BokoHaram/ISWAP”, information from the army public relations unit reads.
It would be recalled that the troops had discovered the wreckage of the military fighter jet that was allegedly shot down by the Boko Haram terrorists earlier last year March 31st in Sambisa Forest.
