Nnamdi Kanu: Buhari, Kenya,UK Governments Meet In London Today

There are concerns that President Muhammadu Buhari will leave Nigeria today to meet with his counterparts, President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta and Prime Minister of United Kingdom, Boris Johnson in London to discuss issues that may not exclude the current diplomatic relations Nigeria have with the two countries over the arrest of the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya and subsequent extradition to Nigeria without legal process.
Kenya and U.K governments have been under strong criticism of recent by many Nigerians who felt the governments of both countries conspired to betray the people of Southeastern Nigeria and thus corporated for the arrest of the Biafra Freedom fighter, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
The Press Release made available by Nigeria government some hours ago that the three governments will meet today became more of concern following the Federal Government refusal to produce Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Court today.
The Federal High Court, Abuja expressed anger with the Department of State Services for not producing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in court to enable the defendant continued his trial.
The court ruled the case being adjourned to October 21, 2021 as it cannot continued trial without the appearance of the defendant.
Nnamdi Kanu in some audio records before his rearrest made some statement indicating he looks as if he was no longer comfortable with his stay in London.
In an audio where Mazi Nnamdi Kanu tongue lashed members of the U.K branch of Indigenous People of Biafra, he made accusation of people working with U.K secret police.
Before his rearrest, some media outfits reported that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu ran away from London to avoid or evade arrest.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu denied the allegation and called the media names.
Lawyers to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu after meeting him in D.S.S custody made statements that indicated that the Biafra agitation Leader have been living in Kenya for some period before his rearrest on June 18, 2021 when he went to pick a visitor at the air port as stated by his lawyers.
One of the Lawyers, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor said Nnamdi Kanu spent 8 days with the alleged kidnappers before he was hurriedly and secretly extradited to Nigeria on June 27, 2021.
According to Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Nnamdi Kanu told him the alleged kidnappers tortured him and the Kenya government played a role in his extradition to Nigeria.

President Muhammadu Buhari will today Monday July 26, 2021, travel to the United Kingdom to participate in the Global Education Summit on Financing Global Partnership for Education (G.P.E) 2021-2025.
The Summit, which will be co-hosted by the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson, and the President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta, will bring together Heads of State and Government as well as stakeholders and youth leaders, and provide a platform for partners to chart a way forward towards transforming education systems in partner countries, through exchange of best practices.
It will also offer the opportunity for leaders to make 5-year pledges to support G.P.E’s work to help transform education systems in up to 90 countries and territories.
Deliberations at the Summit will focus on: The Power of Education –A Conversation between Global Champions; Transforming Education for Girls; Financing for Impact and Recovery and; What Now? Priorities for Transforming Education in the Coming Five Years, among others.
President Buhari will also hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
After the Summit, the President will spend a few days for an earlier scheduled medical check-up. He is due back by second week of August, 2021.
The President will be accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, Minister of State Education, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (retired) and Director General of National Intelligence Agency, Ambassador Ahmed Rufai Abubakar.
