Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has commended the management of the Nigeria Police Force over reported plans to withdraw police escorts from the South-east and Rivers state governors, senators and other V.I.Ps in the areas.
Nnamdi Kanu in a statement few hours ago said such plans will make the elected public servants to be accountable to the people.
He said such can also lead to general beating of the public servants from the masses.
I will fully commend the zoo police if they will carry out this order.
At last, the people will now have full power to ask those they elected what they used their taxes for?It will then be general beating from the masses.
Nnamdi Kanu said.
Zoo police is becoming a little bit wise.
Nigeria is already gone!.

OsazuwaAkonedo reports no document from the police authority suggests such plans to withdraw police escorts from the V.I.Ps in the area, rather the media report indicated that the Delta State Commissioner through wireless message directed police personnel in the state to stop forthwith the escort of V.I.Ps to south-eastern and Rivers states due to rising cases of unknown gunmen killing security operatives in the areas.
