OsazuwaAkonedo reports that since 2015 President Muhammadu Buhari came into power, Nigeria seemingly now witness an average of 30 to 50 deaths on daily basis due to different forms of terrorism that spring up in the Buhari led administration.
Nigeria law sees masterminder of a crime or pro terrorist as a root cause of any form of criminality and thus, considered or sees the pro terrorist or masterminder as the principal suspect, not actually the person that carries up the arm but the encourager or those that aided the criminal act.
