Russia Airstrike Hits Kharkiv

A video from the Ukrainian State Emergency Service shows Russian Air force used air missile to bomb Regional Administrative build early morning of Tuesday in Kharkiv.

The Foreign Ministry also tweeted that Russia is waging war in violation of international humanitarian law, accused the invading enemy soldiers of killing civilians and destroying civilian infrastructures.

“Russia is waging war in violation of international humanitarian law. Kills civilians, destroys civilian infrastructure. Russiaʼs main target is large cities that now fired at by its missiles.” 

It was gathered that an estimated number of six Civilians including two children were killed in today Russia airstrike in Kharkiv.

It would be recalled that President Vladimir Putin of Russia declared war on Ukraine on Thursday.

Yesterday, delegations from both countries met at Belarus borders and the peace talk ended with plans to reconvene after both parties meet their governments for consultations.
