
Sit-At-Home: Unknown Gunmen Pour Fuel On My Sister, Husband, 3 Kids In Enugu But…
A young lady, Amaka Veronica Okolo has narrated how God Almighty saved the lives of her sister, husband, and three children from the hands of unknown gunmen enforcing sit-at-home that blocked the ever busy Liberty junction at Abakpa area in Enugu State in the early hours of Monday morning.
According to Amaka, her sister and her family were going to Church to attend morning mass when unknown gunmen double crossed their car and started pouring fuel on the vehicle while the family were still inside.
Amaka said the family were crying, and calling on God before one of the unknown gunmen, gave them the opportunity to come out of the vehicle. And the vehicle was completely set ablaze.
Amaka Veronica Okolo said: “My sister and her family were going to morning mass this morning, when unknown Gunmen double crossed them and set their car ablaze.
“She was in the car with her husband and 3 kids, when they poured fuel on their car, they were already crying, calling on God when one of them asked them to come down before setting it ablaze.
“God I don’t know how to start thanking you ooo. I’m speechless. What will I have done? Take all the Glory God.
“It did not happen the way the devil planned it.
“Thank You God for always coming through for my family”.
Videos and photographs from Enugu State on Monday indicated that not less then five tricycles also known as Keke, two siennas vehicles, mini buses were burnt down with lots of gunshot as Unknown gunmen staged sit-at-home campaign at Liberty junction in Abakpa, Enugu State, a location not too far from Nigerian Air Force base, Nigerian Army 82 Division Headquarters and Abakpa Military Cantonment.
It was gathered that the unknown gunmen carried out the attack around 5 a.m and residents said one bus driver was killed during the attack.
