Tears, Buhari Must Go Protest Erupt As Olajide Sowore Killed By Suspected Herdsmen Buried

Olajide Sowore, the younger brother to the publisher of Saharareporters, Omoyele Sowore killed on Saturday by suspected herdsmen while returning from Igbinedion Univeristy, Okada to Benin City in Edo State has been laid to rest amidst tears and Buhari Must Go protest today at his home town, Kiribo community in Ese-Odo local government area of Ondo State.

Youths and other participants at the burial ceremony put on Buhari Must Go T-shirts with tears from children and other loved ones as the remains of Olajide Sowore arrived Kiribo for procession and burial.

Omoyele Sowore who is currently under court restriction not to go outside Abuja over litigation brought against him by the Federal Government could not been seen at the burial ceremony.

It would be recalled Edo State Command of the Nigeria Police Force confirmed the kidnapping of numbers of persons at Isiuwa area along the Benin-Ibadan-Lagos Expressway closer to Okada University community, killing Oladije Sowore, a pharmaceutical student of the Igbinedion University and younger brother to the publisher of Saharareporters at the spot on Saturday morning.
