Men of the Nigerian Army operating along the Lake Chad axis have discovered several bunkers used by ISWAP-Boko Haram terrorists.
According to information from the Army Public Relations unit on Monday, the troops also killed several terrorists and recovered numbers of weapons and equipment.
The Army said ISWAP-Boko Haram terrorists central vehicle fabrication workshop was in addition discovered.
“Gallant troops of Operation LAKE SANITY today neutralized several terrorists and recovered weapons/ equipment around the Lake Chad axis.
“BokoHaram/ISWAP Central Vehicle Fabrication Workshop & several bunkers were also discovered and destroyed”, the army said.
