Peoples Democratic Party, PDP candidate in the just concluded Anambra State Governorship election, Valentine Ozigbo has set a prize for any one who could guess correctly what trigger hilarious laugh that looks so loud and wide between him and the chairman of the United Bank for Africa, UBA, Tony Elumelu.
Valentine Ozigbo in a post on his Facebook page few minutes ago said it is always good to catch up with his boss, Tony Elumelu.
