Ugolor Thanks Baze, Deji, Sowore, Others Over Daughter’s Law Degree Success
By David Ugolor
My beloved daughter, Onome Tovia UGOLOR, finally completed her Law degree programme at Baze University with the graduation ceremony yesterday.
We give the glory to God Almighty for the cover and protection all through the academic years she spent at the school.
We want to thank the authorities of Baze University, family members, particularly my younger brother, Samuel who took both spiritual and financial interests in Onome’s law degree programme.
We’re grateful to Samuel and may the Lord grant his heart desire.
Also I will like to thank my good friend and a longtime Comrade, Dr. Sam Amadi who encouraged me to send my daughter to Baze University and provided both parental and academic guidance for her all through the period without any strings or condition.
Most importantly, Dr. Sam backed her when she made an entry into student Union politics and she survived all the intrigue associated with student politics and became the Senate President of the Student Representatives Council, Baze University.
My daughter’s political god father, Deji Adeyanju, who had a first class was a great mentor to my daughter and he provided all the support required to survive student unionism.
We want to appreciate her Godfathers-Deji Adeyanju, Mustapha Salihu, Pat Asadu, Chudi Egboh, her fellow classmates and friends.
We appreciate you all for the help she got during the success of her campaign. God bless you all.
We also want to thank her roommate, Mary for the support and love towards our daughter.
I can’t forget the night, my daughter called to say she was about to be denied to participate in the election as a candidate, we prayed over it and reached out to Dr. Sam who intervened and with our usual sleeping network she was later asked to go ahead with the election.
I will not forget the role played by Comrade, Omoyele Sowore. God bless you my brother, your daughter has finally graduated with both certificates for her law degree and as a Senate President of the Student Representative Council, Baze University.
We want to specially thank our family members, friends and others who took out time to join us yesterday both physically and online messages of prayer and congratulations.
We are grateful and we wish you all joy and blessings in your home.
Finally, the future is bright and I want to thank my beloved wife and Onome’s siblings for the family solidarity. God bless you all.
