Unknown Gunmen Kill 2 Road Safety Officials In Anambra
Unknown Gunmen on Sunday afternoon killed two officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps in Anambra State.
It was gathered that the FRSC team was attacked by the unknown gunmen while conducting a routine patrol operation along Igbo-Uku- Uga route at about 2pm on Sunday.
The gunmen opened fire on the driver and two other officials while the fourth official escaped and ran into the bush.
Meanwhile there are fears among residents in Anambra State ahead Monday, the Governor, Charles Chukwuma Soludo asked all the residents to come out to pray for the release of the detained Biafra secessionist leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and as well put a stop to the every Monday sit-at-home observed in the state since August 9, 2021.
