Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has sent touching message to NATO and other countries in the West that they have been left alone as street fighting begins between Russia soldiers and Ukrainian army now including civilians for the soul of the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.
President Zelensky stated this on Friday night when he addressed the country for the 2nd time after Putin declared war on Ukraine.
Zelensky in his video address, slammed West, especially NATO saying that Ukraine has been left alone to fight against the Russians.
It was gathered that Officials in Kyiv have said that street fighting against Russian forces is underway and urged residents to protect their own safety.
Residents were advised in a statement to remain in shelters, stay away from windows and balconies and to protect themselves against flying debris or bullets.
