We Have Credible Evidence Of War Crime In Ukraine – US As Putin Blames Kyiv For Failed Civilians Evacuation

United States of America on Sunday said the government have credible evidences that Russia invading soldiers in Ukraine have committed war crime, just as President Vladimir Putin of Russia blamed the Ukrainian Government over failed evacuation of civilians out of the city of Mariupol.

According to the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, the war crime committed by Russian soldiers are particularly the attacks on civilians.

Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin in a telephone call with his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron has blamed the Ukrainian Government over the failed civilian evacuations from the key Ukrainian port city of Mariupol which have been largely surrounded by Russian troops.

The Kremlin stated this on Sunday in a news release.
