
Why I Cut Grasses – Chimaroke
Senator Chimaroke Nnamani has given reasons why he was seen on the road side cutting grasses on Saturday.
Senator Chimaroke Nnamani who is also a former governor of Enugu State gave the reasons on Sunday after his name trends as one of the appointed members of All Progressives Congress, APC presidential campaign council, a list released by the part on Friday.
The list indicated that His Excellency, Chimaroke Nnamani is a member and the name appeared on number 350 on the list.
Senator Chimaroke Nnamani is yet to respond if he’s the Chimaroke Nnamani, APC referred to, in the widely circulated Presidential Campaign Council members list.
Nigerians through Friday night to Saturday reacted and expressed concerns on why Senator Chimaroke Nnamani, a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, be part of a campaign council of APC. Some insisted that Senator Chimaroke Nnamani is not the one APC referred to, in the list.
While the mixed reactions was going on, Senator Chimaroke Nnamani was seen in a video tweet, cutting grasses on the road side.
According to the Senator representing Enugu-East Senatorial District in Enugu State, he was driving home from work, he saw people doing clean up and he decided to help out to show them gratitude.
“No. It is philosophy. I was was driving home from work out. Met them doing Saturday clean up. Helped out with my quota to show gratitude. Gave them 100k for weekend. Prayed if they don’t achieve like I did. Their children and mine too will. Prayers from an elder. What is my offense?”, Senator Chimaroke Nnamani said.
