
Second Papa Ajasco, Femi Ogunrombi Dies
Second actor, Femi Ogunrombi to played the role of Papa Ajasco in the popular Wale Adenuga comedy series has been reported dead.
The cause of his death is yet to be ascertained as at press time.
Information about the death of Femi Ogunrombi spread on Sunday morning.
A theatre practitioner, Husseini Shaibu, via his Twitter handle on Sunday said he was reliably informed that the Nollywood actor had died.
“I have just been reliably informed that the ethnomusicologist, former Music Instructor with NATIONAL TROUPE and one time stand in for the ‘Papa Ajasco’ character on the popular Wale Adenuga production comic series ‘Papa Ajasco’ Mr. Femi Ogunrombi is dead”, Hussein Shaibu said.
It would be recalled that Femi Ogunrombi picked up the Papa Ajasco role in the Wale Adenuga Comedy series after the original actor, Abiodun Olayinka pulled out of the show.
The Wale Adenuga comedy series made many people to laugh and experience stream of joyost especially when the comedy series were shown on different intervals on national televisions.
