Ukraine Army Releases Footage Over Drone Attack On Russia Bridge

Security Service of Ukraine, SBU, has released a video footage of an experimental drone used to destroy Russian bridge in July, 2023. The drone as we learnt delivered 850 kilograms of explosives to one of the bridge’s concrete pillars.

The video which was made exclusively available by CNN, showed the moment the drone called “Sea Baby” hit the Crimean bridge pillars in July. It was gathered that the drone was experimental war weapon strictly produced by Ukraine army without private company support.

In an interview with CNSBU head Vasyl Malyuk said that the marine drone is the result of months of development, which began immediately after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

“Marine drones are a unique invention of the Security Service of Ukraine. No private companies are involved. With the help of these drones we have recently successfully hit the Crimean bridge, large landing ship Olenegorsk Gornyak and a tanker,” he said.
