00:00:06,679 –> 00:00:11,560
media to ex President good Luck Avilay
Jonathan has given reasons why people should appreciate

3
00:00:11,599 –> 00:00:15,759
the person of President Bola Natinubu in
what he described as a problem record,

4
00:00:15,800 –> 00:00:19,800
indicating the City Nigeria president as a
man who knows how to manage men,

5
00:00:20,320 –> 00:00:25,960
relationships and resources. Following the political
differences between incumbent governors and their predecessors in

6
00:00:26,000 –> 00:00:31,879
Anambra Revers, Kardunam Due and the
dool States, Reno or Macree, in

7
00:00:31,960 –> 00:00:37,479
a message posted across his social media
handles on Monday, said, even though

8
00:00:37,479 –> 00:00:42,560
some persons don’t like President Bolla Tinubu, they should appreciate him for the good

9
00:00:42,640 –> 00:00:49,359
managerial qualities he has brought into Nigeria
politics. What is currently happening in Anambra

10
00:00:49,880 –> 00:00:56,679
Rivers, Cardunam Benui and adult should
make you appreciate Bolla Tinubu. I did

11
00:00:56,719 –> 00:01:00,520
not say you should like him.
I said appreciate him. Big difference.

12
00:01:00,880 –> 00:01:06,159
You can appreciate who you don’t like, You can work with who you don’t

13
00:01:06,359 –> 00:01:11,439
like like. It is an emotional
emotions are flitted. Separate yourself into three.

14
00:01:11,680 –> 00:01:18,920
Temporarily put aside your ego and your
emotions, then embrace your logical side.

15
00:01:19,239 –> 00:01:23,760
Logic is stable. Two plus two
will forever equal. For a man

16
00:01:23,840 –> 00:01:27,760
who can leave power as governor in
Lego States in two thousand and seven and

17
00:01:27,840 –> 00:01:33,319
seventeen years, Laters two has the
loyalties of the incumbent governor of Legos and

18
00:01:33,359 –> 00:01:38,480
all his successes, including Ambody is
a man who knows how to manage men,

19
00:01:38,840 –> 00:01:44,959
relationships and resources. Not only did
he succeed with her humanly in Legos,

20
00:01:45,239 –> 00:01:49,920
but he extended his reach to every
state in the southwest end in recent

21
00:01:49,040 –> 00:01:56,079
times lost only oil end or Shoe. Even at that he has good intraparty

22
00:01:56,159 –> 00:02:00,480
relations with oil Or be handed over
to Obi a Lung and the Quorral within

23
00:02:00,560 –> 00:02:07,120
a month. We care and Fubara
lasted only three months. Alofi and Ruba

24
00:02:07,200 –> 00:02:14,599
Sani went after seven months. Today
even Allophi’s children are insulting Uba Sani earlier,

25
00:02:14,680 –> 00:02:19,639
and Kumi did not even get off
to six months. Obaseki and Oceanmoli

26
00:02:19,719 –> 00:02:24,120
lasted two years. In Nigeria,
only Concasso has been able to replicate the

27
00:02:24,199 –> 00:02:30,080
tinable magic so far. I have
to add that you may not like Tinabu.

28
00:02:30,479 –> 00:02:36,120
You may even resent the Yobas,
but you must admit that the Yobas

29
00:02:36,159 –> 00:02:40,560
have used their cultural values of respect
for age and authority to excellent effect in

30
00:02:40,639 –> 00:02:47,439
creating political stability in the Southwest.
And where there is political stability, financial

31
00:02:47,479 –> 00:02:53,400
prosperity will follow. As they follows
night. The rest of us can learn

32
00:02:53,800 –> 00:02:58,759
on Leane and relearn from them.
The Yoruba respect they are elders even when

33
00:02:58,800 –> 00:03:02,080
they don’t like them, because they
have the ability to separate their ego and

34
00:03:02,199 –> 00:03:07,520
emotions from their logic and obedy or
Moluabi intus of their culture, which guarantees

35
00:03:07,520 –> 00:03:13,879
their future. Some people see that
and call them psychophants. To them,

36
00:03:14,199 –> 00:03:19,439
humanity is stupidity. In Yuruba land, care goes down from the elders to

37
00:03:19,520 –> 00:03:23,479
the younger ones and respect goes off
from the younger ones to the elders,

38
00:03:23,919 –> 00:03:30,159
and that preserves their societal values.
M Ili Reno or Macri stated in quotes

39
00:03:30,599 –> 00:03:36,080
Rena or Macri had in August sixteenth, twenty twenty three, also made similar

40
00:03:36,120 –> 00:03:42,840
analysis about major political and military actors
in the Nigerian national life. In quote

41
00:03:43,080 –> 00:03:47,000
Rena or Macri said, the Yoma
or Moluabi culture of respect and loyalty has

42
00:03:47,080 –> 00:03:53,759
made the Southwest the most politically stable
part of Nigeria. Only in the Southwest

43
00:03:53,800 –> 00:03:59,000
has a governor handed over to his
loyalists and that loyalist has remained loyal and

44
00:03:59,039 –> 00:04:03,360
respectful to him. And even after
sixteen years, they continue their dominance in

45
00:04:03,439 –> 00:04:09,479
their states. It is due to
their culture of respect. Look at an

46
00:04:09,520 –> 00:04:13,879
Umbra, so you know, quarreled
with Willing Orbiana less than six months after

47
00:04:13,960 –> 00:04:19,439
Obianon made him governor, and he
sacked Obiano’s loyalists. The celting Obionon did

48
00:04:19,519 –> 00:04:26,079
to Peter Obi. The celting told
Orgi did to Olgkalu in Abia, the

49
00:04:26,079 –> 00:04:30,800
Celtain Sullivan child did to Chimarukei in
Nomani. In Nybur, the Celtin wrote

50
00:04:30,839 –> 00:04:35,240
me Amerchi did to Peter Audley,
and in Yesson Wicked did to him.

51
00:04:35,360 –> 00:04:42,800
And then ado Orbaseki turned against Oshebole. Outside the Southwest, the only other

52
00:04:42,920 –> 00:04:47,360
Southern region where a governor has showed
loyalty to his benefactor was in Delta States,

53
00:04:47,600 –> 00:04:53,279
where Ivanuel the Gagan showed loyalty to
James Bori even when Ibori was in

54
00:04:53,399 –> 00:04:59,040
jail. It may be because its
Shakiri culture is almost identical to Yuma culture

55
00:05:00,199 –> 00:05:03,480
in Northern Nigeria. It is the
same. In less than three months,

56
00:05:03,759 –> 00:05:10,480
Ubasani is secretly on the mining Nazi
Fi. It happened and is still happening

57
00:05:10,560 –> 00:05:16,000
in Kano, Sokoto and all over
the Lord excerpt in Ballu State look at

58
00:05:16,079 –> 00:05:21,720
Ekity. Fire Share is on good
terms with the former Governor Kayode Fayami and

59
00:05:21,839 –> 00:05:30,839
the present Governor boding O Ibanji and
given the incumbent Governor beoding O Ibanji prostrated

60
00:05:30,920 –> 00:05:35,879
flat for chief a free Babarola.
General Gabangida testified how General or Lushevun or

61
00:05:35,920 –> 00:05:41,600
Bassenger refused the offer of the December
nineteen eighty three coup plotters to take over

62
00:05:41,680 –> 00:05:45,959
from President Shadhari because he will not
take power from the man he gave it

63
00:05:46,000 –> 00:05:49,439
to. That is why they’re now
settled for Bohari, who was not the

64
00:05:49,519 –> 00:05:55,639
ring leader of the coup. Very
few cultures comp produce a man who could

65
00:05:55,680 –> 00:06:00,839
reject power due to his morality like
the Yoruba and Us Act. Was the

66
00:06:00,920 –> 00:06:06,000
second time of Bassengoe refused power when
Mortalia rejected the conditions given to him by

67
00:06:06,079 –> 00:06:12,079
Joe Gamba, who was the man
that actually overthrew General goo On. Mortalia

68
00:06:12,240 –> 00:06:15,000
was abroad when the coup was carried
out. Gamba and his mid level officers

69
00:06:15,040 –> 00:06:19,759
than offered the position to obassa Joe
who refused, and instant persuaded Mortella to

70
00:06:19,800 –> 00:06:26,319
accept their offer. Learn something from
the homororabi ability of the human wistook to

71
00:06:26,399 –> 00:06:31,120
conquer and win through non violent weapons
such as wisdom and patience. Respect and

72
00:06:31,240 –> 00:06:35,800
loyalty have given them on a platter
of gold. Wat aggressiveness and ego have

73
00:06:36,000 –> 00:06:41,959
not achieved for some other ethnicities.
If you will not first learn to serve,

74
00:06:42,360 –> 00:06:46,720
you cannot effectively command. God resists
the proud, but gives grace to

75
00:06:46,759 –> 00:06:57,279
the humble jails for six inches lady, when they then in a Morgi general way,
