My Wife Deserves Everything On Earth – David Ugolor

International human rights activist and Executive Director of Africa Network for Environment and Economic Justice, ANEEJ, Reverend David Ugolor on Saturday organized a special birthday party to honour his wife, Mrs Ngozi Ugolor as part of activities to mark her 50 years birthday anniversary.

David Ugolor, who is one of the human rights activists that continuously fought and ensure the return of monies hidden abroad by Nigeria former military leader, General Sani Abacha, couldn’t hide his joy on Saturday as he joins his wife on the dance floor to the watch and admiration of their children, relatives and friends at Uyi grand Hotel, the venue of the 50th birthday anniversary.

OsazuwaAkonedo reports that Mrs Ngozi Ugolor had had reasons to move from one police station to another across Nigeria, cleaning police cells, keeping vigil at different security detention facilities to make her husband, David Ugolor comfortable and safe during the human rights trying periods in the course of practicing his activism in Nigeria.

Earlier, David Ugolor in a statement, said his wife, Ngozi Ugolor deserves everything on earth because of her commitment as a wife, mother and a dear sister.

David Ugolor said in quote: “At 50, is a major milestone in our journey here on earth which my beloved wife, Adanne Ngozi Ugolor nee Ogu is celebrating. Our God is faithful and we will continue to serve Him for His mercy and grace upon our life.

“You deserve everything on earth from us because of your unwavering commitment as a wife, mother and a dear sister. May the Lord grant you peace, good health and joy as we celebrate your birthday.

“Thank you for the sacrifice and love for the family. We are indeed grateful to have you as a wife and a mother. May the Lord raise men and women to favor you as you continue to provide moral and spiritual leadership for the entire family.

“God bless you as you celebrate your 50 Years Birthday come 13th May, 2023 in Benin City”.

At the celebration on Saturday, David Ugolor thanked attendees and said in quote thus: “We want to specially thank the Ovie of Oghara, Osadjere’s family, Oghara Elite Forum, New Apostolic Church, Ogu’s family, Professor Yinka Ighodaro Omorogbe, Dr. Okunsun, Dr. Otive Igbuzor, Basico, ANEEJ family, and friends for celebrating our beloved mother and wife today”.

Prior to the day of the birthday celebration, David Ugolor had also said: “Is always good to have interesting people around: my wife birthday has reinforced that theory again, as we continue to count days to the D-Day which is on the 13th May in Benin.

“Dr. Otive Igbuzor called this morning to reinforce the theory and went further to provide evidence which I am unable to explain. God will bless you and your family sir. You have always and continue to support the family. At our mother’s 80th birthday, you presented a groundbreaking public paper on Family Governance which was well received by Oghara Elite Forum and other stakeholders that were in the ceremony. You bought a special Urhobo clothes for mama.

“When mama passed away, you could not make it to Oghara but your people were on ground.

“May God bless you and your family and raise men and women to favor your family”.
