Russia To Continue War In Ukraine Until Goal Achieved – Defense Minister
Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu has said the country will continue its war on Ukraine as declared by the Russian President, Vladimir Putin previous Thursday until the Federation goal of demilitarizing the attacked country is achieved.
The Defense Minister stated this on Tuesday in a press conference broadcast live by the Russian state owned media.
The broadcast as monitored by Agence France-Presse, AFP, the Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu said also said Russia aimed to de-Nazify Ukraine.
It would be recalled President Vladimir Putin of Russia declared war on Ukraine last Thursday with massive missiles with the aide of airstrike and thermobaric rocket launchers used to destroy numbers of Ukrainian cities since the war began.
Ukrainian civilians supported the Ukraine army by making and throwing “poor man grenade” or Molotov cocktails to resist invading Russian soldiers.
State of Emergency Services of Ukraine have put the total deaths of civilians in war as 2000.
Ukrainian President,Volodymr Zelensky said over 4,500 Russia soldiers have been Killed, thereby, asking the invading soldiers to lay down their weapons and surrender for their personal safety.
Russia Defense Headquarters on Wednesday in Moscow dismissed the claim of the Ukrainian President, saying, only approximately 500 Russia soldiers have so far been killed in the ongoing war.
The Defense Headquarters also said 1,500 wounded Russia soldiers are receiving treatment.
Adding, 2,800 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed.
United Nations said over one million people in Ukraine have fled and crossed the borders to neighboring countries as refugees.
