In what could be understood as playful act in a very serious matter, Nigerians took to social media today to make Nigeria Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed trend with specific request to President Muhammadu Buhari to ensure that the information Minister is stopped and forbidden from speaking on the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine.
Many world leaders have been condemning the action of Russia Government led by Vladimir Putin who authorized full military invasion of Ukraine territory with high precision of military weapons targeted at Ukrainian military Infrastructures.
British Government Prime Minister, Boris Johnson said he has spoken with Ukrainian President, Volodymr Zelensky this morning and the British Government has deployed high precision military defensive weapons to back Ukraine.
Russia military had claimed that the reason on attack on Ukraine is due to Ukraine continuous assault and attacks on the secessionist areas of Donbas in the country which Donbas call for self determination is backed by Russia Government.
Nigerians carefully observing the comments going on since the heavy military assault between the two countries began since morning and fearful Russia military technologies in display, resorted to social media, begging President Muhammadu Buhari to stop the Nigeria Information Minister, Lai Mohammed from speaking on the ongoing war.

“Anyone close to Lai Mohammed should beg him not to issue any statement against Russia, if he wants to go over there, we will give him t-fare”, Doctor Penking.
“Abeg ooo, APC and Lai shouldn’t play politics with our lives, no Missiles should touch us here”, Joyce Chinnex.
“APC should beg Oga Lai Mohammed to close his loud mouth. Putin ain’t smiling, he won’t hesitate to set example with Nigeria”, Nefertiti.
“Putin has warned to mess up whoever tries to interfere to help Ukraine. If you are the child of Lai Mohammed, please, stop your father from saying anything concerning Russia and Ukraine. I’m begging you in the name of God Almighty!”, BeksFCB.
“This one I’m seeing Lai Mohammed on the trend table today, I hope he has not challenged Putin as Giant of Africa where we be. Abeg o. We are nothing but pencils in the hand of God. Make we dey manage Boko Haram for now biko. Russia no be anybody mate o”, Effiong John.
“Any country that interferes with Russia’s attack on Ukraine will be met with consequences that they have never experienced in their history” – Vladimir Putin. Lai Mohammed please reserve your comments”, Loveday Ojinuka.
