
I’ve Been The Face Of LAPO But The Staff Remains The Heart, Hands – Godwin Ehigiamusoe
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of one of the Africa leading micro finance banks, LAPO MFB, Godwin Ehigiamusoe has commended the large staff of the bank for their loyalty.
Godwin Ehigiamusoe made the commendation in a message few hours ago while responding to the bank long service and performance award ceremony held in Benin City, the Edo State Capital on Thursday.
At the award ceremony, staff who had spent 30, 25, 20, 15 and 10 years with the bank were honoured with cash worth millions of naira and some with gifts.
The performing staff and branches for the year 2021 were also honoured with prizes worth millions of naira and automatic promotion by salary ranks.
According to LAPO MFB founder, Godwin Ehigiamusoe, the staff of LAPO have been wonderful.
He cited a paragraph of his book; “Touching Lives: My LAPO Journey” where he emphasized the commitment of the staff to the bank.
Godwin Ehigiamusoe said the staff on daily basis crisscross communities in urban slums and rural hamlet’s to deliver LAPO services to people.
