
Nnamdi Kanu Gives DSS N1m For Feeding, Upkeep – Brother
Emma Kanu, Brother to the detained Biafra agitation leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has said the IPOB leader had mandated his lawyer to give Department of State Services, DSS, the sum of one million naira to enable the security service provide him decent meals and drugs.
According to Prince Emma Kanu, the detained Biafra leader gave the mandate on Thursday, when he joined the company of Barrister Aloy Ejimakor and Nnaemeka Ejiofor to visit Nnamdi Kanu at the DSS detention facilities in Abuja.
According to Prince Emma Kanu, Nnamdi Kanu said the DSS has denied him drugs and decent meals for days running over alleged financial constraints stated by the security service.
“I Paid a visit to Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu today, in the company of Barrister Nnaemeka Ejiofor and Barrister Aloy Ejimakor.
“MNK stated categorically that the DSS officials have denied him his medications for 9 days and counting, and also denied him decent meals for days running, giving financial constraints as an excuse.
“To that effect, He has mandated SAN Mike Ozekhome to provide the DSS with the sum of one million naira for his feeding and upkeep.
“With a smile on his face, however, he didn’t fail to mention he is praying for Biafrans all over the world, enjoining everyone to stay courageous and be of good faith.
“MNK said every vital information would be communicated through the DOS and Barrister Nnaemeke Ejimakor” Prince Emma Kanu said.
