
Unknown Gunmen Kill Journalist In Anambra
A practicing Journalist, a first Class graduate in the Faculty of Communication from Bayero University, Kano and intending National Youth Service Corps member, Sule Matthew has been killed by Unknown Gunmen on Friday at Ekwulobia in Anambra state.
The news media, PRNigeria where Sule Matthew interned broke the news on Saturday.
It was gathered Sule Matthew was shot dead when Unknown Gunmen opened fire sighting their vehicle at Ekwulobia, killing all occupants of the vehicle except the driver who managed to escape the attack.
David Jonah Bright, a friend to Sule Matthew said “in the early hours of today (Friday), I heard that he was missing. I was shocked to my bones, then I joined in sharing the awareness on social media only for my innocent Sule Matthew to be confirmed dead this afternoon”.

A careful analysis of Sule Matthew video programmes and articles show the Journalist who have practiced with PRNigeria was an advocate for the betterment of Nigerians.
It is yet uncleared if the Unknown Gunmen responsible for the killing were members of the Biafra secessionist armed group.
